In addition to the Refinish charges, the customer is also responsible for shipping charges TO AND FROM the Duraflex Factory. Follow these instructions when shipping your Duraflex Diving Board: Shipping Duraflex Diving Boards.
PRODUCT NOTE: The Duraflex International Corporation can only refinish diving boards that have a Duraflex Factory Applied Coating. Any diving boards that have been refinished by any other means, or that have any non factory applied paint or coating applied on any part of the board, will not be accepted by the Duraflex Factory for refinishing. If the diving boards that have (Factory approved) 3M Safety Walk Strips applied to them as a “band-aid fix” to get a slippery board through the end of a season — these CAN be removed by Duraflex at the factory when the board comes in for refinish.
