Springboards And More products come in many shapes and sizes, and as a result many of our products have varied shipping methods and carriers. While many of these methods are straight forward, many can be confusing. It is therefore very important that the customer READ ALL of the shipping information contained below.
Due to size, weight, shipping considerations and aquatic facility restrictions, many of our products require a quote prior to purchase. These products will not have a shopping cart and many will refer to specific purchase and shipping instructions that can be accessed from the product pages.

Depending on the item purchased and where it is shipped, we generally use one of three shipping methods: the U.S. Mail, United Parcel Service and Federal Express.
If you would like for Springboards and More to ship your order using your Fed Ex or UPS Account Number (aka Third Party Billing) — we can do that for you but there will be a $15.00 administrative fee added to your invoice.
In stock items are usually shipped within three (3) to four (4) business days. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as they become available. We will immediately alert you if an item you order is out of stock as well as the estimated shipping date.
All items available for order from this website and shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories will incur a $10.00 surcharge that will be included in the shipping cost generated online.
U.S. Territories include: American Samoa, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Fdr. States Of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER DEFINED: We define an International Order as any order that ships to an address outside the United States of America and its territories.
WHERE WE SHIP: Most items that we sell can be shipped worldwide (see note below about Duraflex Diving Boards and Diving Stands). All international orders must be prepaid using wire transfer or credit card.
Effective 11/18/2008, all orders that ship outside of the United States of America will incur an international surcharge that is in addition to shipping and handling charges, and will be included in the shipping charges for the item/order in question. The international surcharge is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Unless you request otherwise, all international orders will be shipped “Global Priority” through the United States Postal Service. International customers are responsible for any and all import duties, Customs Fees, taxes and / or special shipping and handling charges that may be assessed by the government of your Country.
DURAFLEX DIVING BOARD AND DIVING STAND SHIPMENTS: Springboards and More is only authorized to sell Duraflex Diving Boards and Diving Stands WITHIN the United States of America and it’s territories. Duraflex Dealers in the United States of America are NOT permitted to sell this equipment outside of the United States, or to people or companies who plan to ship the equipment outside of the United States.
All international orders for diving boards and diving stands must be purchased through the international dealer who services that particular country or continent. Please contact the Duraflex Dealer who services your area. International dealers can be found at the Duraflex International site.
Please note that Springboards and More IS permitted to sell any and all Duraflex Fulcrum and Hinge Parts as well as most of the more than 400 diving related items we feature on our website to customers all around the world.

Many larger items (diving boards, diving stands, spotting rigs and trampolines, etc.) are shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrive by common freight carrier. Delivery of common carrier items – known as tailgate delivery, require that they be delivered to a commercial address or loading dock and require a physical address (not a PO Box number) and a phone number that the carrier can call to arrange delivery. An individual 18 years or older must be available to sign for the shipment when it arrives.
The carrier will notify you directly to arrange a time and date of your delivery. The refusal of this type of delivery may result in the purchaser being charged shipping fees both to and from the shipping address.
The customer is responsible for unloading the product(s) from the freight truck and should make arrangements in advance to have assistance for unloading the product(s) – tailgate delivery does not include delivery inside your home, apartment, or office.
If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled, a second delivery fee may apply depending on the carrier. Special options may be arranged directly with the carrier for additional services such as delivery within your home or office. These options may result in additional charges payable to the carrier.
All freight delivery charges are based on items delivered to a commercial address. Delivery to a residential address will incur additional charges.
Please remember that you MUST inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a shortage on the order, please note the damage to the item(s) or the shortage on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please leave us a message and(or) call us on the next business day. Springboards And More is NOT responsible for damage or shortage that occurs in the transportation of the merchandise – the damage or shortage is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
It is the responsibility of the customer to receive and sign for the correct item and number of pieces. If you do not note that shipments are incorrect or damaged, it may result in additional charges.
If you need to return an item, please call our Customer Service Department at (877) 348-3246 for assistance. Returned items must be shipped to us using either Insured US Mail or Insured UPS or Fed-Ex. The Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges on returned items.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition including original packaging. All items (except consignment items) are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
NOTE: Special Order or Custom made items CANNOT be returned for ANY reason. Check with the one of our friendly representatives for details.
