Within the State of Ohio — Springboards And More is a mail-order company based in the state of Ohio. As a mail-order company, we are required to charge state and local sales tax on orders shipped to state of Ohio. The state of Ohio charges a 7% sales tax.

Outside the State of Ohio — We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside the state of Ohio.

If you need to return an item, please call our Customer Service Department at (877) 348-3246 for assistance. Returned items must be shipped to Springboards And More using either Insured US Mail, Insured UPS or Insured Fed-Ex. The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges on returned items.

All returned items must be unused and in original condition, including original packaging. All items (except consignment items) are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. In most cases, the refund will be made to you using the same payment method that was originally used when making the purchase. Original shipping charges to get your order to you are non-refundable.

NOTE: Special Order or Custom made items CANNOT be returned for ANY reason. Check with the one of our friendly representatives for details.

Most items that we sell can be shipped worldwide (see note below regarding Duraflex Diving Board and Diving Stands). All international orders must be prepaid using wire transfer or credit card. Wire transfers may be subject to an additional bank surcharge.

Effective 8/18/2008, all orders that ship outside of the USA will incur an additional international surcharge. The surcharge will range from a minimum of $10.00, to a maximum of 10% of the total price of all items purchased, and this charge will be included in the shipping costs. International customers are also responsible for any and all import duties, Customs fees, taxes and special shipping and handling.

NOTE: Duraflex Diving Boards and Duraflex Diving Stands may only be purchased through Springboards and More if you reside in the United States of America or its territory (i.e. Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.). All international orders for diving boards and diving stands must be ordered through the Duraflex and Duraflex representative in your area.

Please remember that you MUST inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a shortage on the order, please note the damage to the item(s) or the shortage on the delivery receipt and refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If this occurs outside of our business hours please leave us a message and(or) call us on the next business day. Springboards And More is NOT responsible for damage or shortage that occurs in the transportation of the merchandise - the damage or shortage is the sole responsibility of the carrier.

It is the customers responsibility to receive and sign for the correct item and number of pieces. If you do not note that shipments are incorrect or damaged, it may result in additional charges.

Customers will receive a 5% discount for all orders that are PRE-PAID by Certified Check, Personal Check, Business Check or Money Order. (Credit Card orders and Wire Transfers are NOT eligible for the 5% discount). High Schools, Colleges, Parks and Rec. Departments and other organizations that have been granted non-profit status ( IRS 501-C3) may be eligible for discounted pricing. Please call to check if you are eligible.

Valid institution purchase orders will be accepted. (Our terms are Net 30 days from item ship date). Finance charges will be assessed at a rate of 1 ½% per month (18% per annum) for all invoices that are past due. Past due is defined as payment not received in full by the due date listed on equipment invoice.

All Custom Orders or Special Order Items must be prepaid NO EXCEPTIONS.

Springboards and More does NOT offer COD payment for items ordered. All orders must be prepaid using one of the payment methods listed above.

In stock items ordered using a credit card or Certified Check will be shipped the same day that they are processed. In stock items ordered using a Personal Check, Business Check or Money Order will be shipped after the check has cleared our bank. Wire Transfer orders will be shipped after the money has been received by our bank and credited to our account.

For additional security purposes the billing address for the credit card being used MUST match the address on file with the credit card company.

There will be a $25.00 service charge for all checks that are returned to us by the bank for any reason. In addition, your order will NOT be processed until the returned check has been made good and we have received the $25.00 service charge.

For accounts in good standing, we will ship to you Net 15 days from invoice date. A 1-½% per month (18% per annum) interest charge will be assessed on all unpaid accounts and no further shipments will be made to you until the unpaid balance including interest charges is paid in full.
