DO ALL YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM THE SAME PLACE?
In order to supply the wide variety of training products that benefit divers and coaches, we have arrangements with several suppliers who drop ship in order to save on shipping charges.
WHY MUST I SUBMIT A QUOTE?
Due to the size and weight of many of our products, in additional to facility requirements for many others – diving boards and diving stands in particular, we require a quote in order to make sure that an accurate shipping quote is produced as well as the inclusion of required paperwork.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We do offer expedited 2 day shipping on many of our products. Those products will have it listed as an option. Unfortunately many of our large and heavy items can only be shipped by common carrier and may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
HOW ARE DIVING BOARDS AND DIVING STANDS SHIPPED?
All diving boards and diving stands are shipped directly from the Duraflex International Corporation in Reno, Nevada by ground freight. Once the diving board or diving stand leaves the factory it may take up to 10 days to reach its final destination.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS AND A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS?
PLEASE NOTE: Shipments to a residential address will usually incur a residential delivery surcharge that is imposed by the carrier.
Definition of Commercial Address
Commercial addresses are those defined by a freight carrier as commercial sites. Typically these addresses are zoned as commercial real estate. Many commercial sites have tractor-trailer access and a loading dock.
Definition of Residential Address
A residential address is any home, or any home office. A business that is being operated from a residential location does not qualify it as a commercial address. Any business being operated from a home, apartment, or other dwelling where people live on the premises is considered to be a residential address.
